1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing
·We process and submit orders to our logistics partner on the same day or the next business day upon receiving your payment (excluding weekends, public holidays, and special events, which may cause delays).

Estimated Delivery Time
·UPS Shipping: 3–5 business days to your destination.
·Small Packet Shipping: 7–20 business days to your local address.
Note: Small packet delivery may be delayed due to holidays, peak shopping seasons, or air cargo congestion. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

2. Duties & Value-Added Tax (VAT)

Small Packet Shipping
·EU Countries
Orders with a total value below €150: VAT is automatically collected at checkout. No additional VAT or duties will be charged upon delivery, ensuring smooth customs clearance.
Orders with a total value above €150: If Small Packet Shipping is available for your order at checkout, no extra duties or VAT will be required. These fees are already included in the shipping cost (higher shipping fees reflect the inclusion of duties and VAT).

·United States
If Small Packet Shipping is available for your order at checkout, no duties will be charged upon delivery (duties and VAT are included in the shipping cost, which explains the higher fee).

·Other Countries/Regions
All products are priced excluding taxes. Duties (if applicable) will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery. Duty rates vary by country/region and are determined solely by local customs regulations.

UPS Shipping
·EU Countries
Orders with a total value below €150: VAT is automatically collected at checkout. No additional VAT or duties will be charged upon delivery, ensuring smooth customs clearance.

·Other Countries/Regions
All products are priced excluding taxes. Duties (if applicable) will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will automatically update the tracking number in your order details. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.

4. Why Are Arace’s Shipping Fees Higher?

Warehousing & Operational Costs: All products are stored in our Hong Kong warehouse. Hong Kong has high warehousing, labor, and operational costs, and our logistics partner charges a handling fee for each order—these factors contribute to the base shipping cost.
UPS Speed & Efficiency: Since October 2025, we have optimized our logistics network. Our UPS shipments are dispatched directly from Hong Kong, offering ultra-fast delivery (sometimes within 3 business days, with most orders arriving in ~3 days). The premium shipping fee reflects this expedited service.
Small Packet Benefits:
Some small packet channels have higher fees because duties/VAT are included for specific regions (e.g., EU, US).
All small packet shipments include shipping insurance. If your package is lost during transit or before delivery, we will either reship your order or provide a full refund upon verification. Your purchase is fully protected!
High-Quality After-Sales Service: We provide premium after-sales support to address all your concerns. Our team will respond to your emails and actively resolve any issues as soon as possible (response times may be slightly delayed on weekends and public holidays).
