You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

board is fine; ignore my earlier review

I had a bad usb serial dongle. The board is fine, if a little underdocumented.

board appears dead

Neither USB PD nor 12V/5A DC power cause any lights to come on, except that the yellow light on an ethernet rj45 jack flashes.

Powerful RISC-V for the price

I'm glad to finally have an 8-core RVA22 compatible chip, which supports the v1.0 vector instructions. As others have mentioned, the software is not ready for general use. But that is the point of buying a board such as this, to continue the work of bringing full RISC-V support to various operating systems, compilers and other software.

Hardware good, software has room for improvements

First, thanks to Arace. The board was packed quite well. Perhaps for future preorder articles: if you experience a problem and you see, that "within 30 days" will not work, what about informing the customer?
To the board itself. Hardware seems to be really good, especially for this price.
But then, this board is not declared as a development board and the customer can expect a fully working product. But the software has flaws like USB 2.0 not working with every device, PCIe/GPU drivers missing or not full featured, internal GPU has no full featured driver delivered.
And on top of that, the documentation is very limited and sources are all over the place (github.com, gitee.com, where gitee seems to be the main repo and github a copy which is not up to date).
Especially the boot process should be better documented, especially because it differs between SD and SSD/eMMC boots.
So I rated it only with 3 stars which does not reflect my impression of the hardware so far but the board has a functional state like VisionFive 2 or other *development* boards because of driver/software and documentation situation.

They can do better software polishing

After some months i received my board i pre-ordered, the board is very interesting but the documentation isn't exhaustive and the software support is limited to three distros, if you plug-in a dedicated graphics card the board recognizes the gpu but the drivers are missing, im still hoping that they can fix these issues with distro updates
