Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

One of the best boards to make a powerful NAS

I'm rebuilding my local network file server using this board. It's great with its 4xSATA. I've installed a 10 GbE NIC in the M.2 slot, and given the smart distribution of PCIe lanes (2 for M.2, 2 for SATA, hence 16 Gbps each), it's really possible to deliver data from a SATA RAID setup at 10 Gbps.

The only limitation I'm facing is the too small 8GB eMMC. Modern distros are almost 8GB in size and fit there with difficulties, while a 16 or 32GB one would not be much more expensive, which is why I'm removing one star.

Instead I've found an M.2 A/E -> B/M adapter that installs in the second M.2 connector and allows to plug a small 2242 SSD vertically to install the OS there, leaving the eMMC as the /boot partition with extlinux and kernel on it (a bit of a waste). Another approach that might possibly work would be to place /usr on the SSD, I have not tried, as modern linux distros don't support that very well anymore.

Definitely, a larger on-board storage would make everything way easier, but despite this annoyance it's a really great board that's probably unmatched in the x86 world especially in this price tag and connectivity.

It's worth having a look at forums.radxa.com to find more advices and suggestions from other users about this board once you have it (or even before buying).

Premium hardware in a tiny ITX form factor

This feels like a premium product, well packed and delivered safely and quickly.
I'm running Ubuntu 24.04 build by Joshua Riek - available on github - with the 6.1 Linux kernel and support for the Mali GPU, put in a NVMe drive for the main storage and as a desktop PC it feels really snappy, fast and responsive. Browsing the web is speedy, video playback is smooth. I've powered it off a 12V DC 2.5A supply and not added any heatsinks or additional fans or cooling.
The documentation on initial setup and configuration on the Radxa site is really good, check the community forums out too, that's where I found the tip on the Ubuntu build instead of Debian from Radxa. It's early days but so far I'm really pleased with the quality and performance.
